NB and THE BOSTON MARATHON
LET'S MAKE EXCELLENT HAPPEN
The Boston Marathon is the premiere marathon in the world, and New Balance wanted to personally connect with all 27,000 runners and thousands of spectators that descend on Boston in April. Arnold Worldwide was tasked with creating an outdoor campaign that featured the limited release of Boston-edition 890s along with Boston landmarks. The headlines call out Boston as a city in ways that are familiar to residents and recognize runners' insight into the marathon (Heartbreak Hill, Wellesley Scream Tunnel, etc.). As the Account Manager, Christie managed the campaign's execution throughout the city of Boston with Creative Directors Luke Perkins and Mike Howard.
