In 2010, New Balance selected Boston-based, international advertising agency Arnold Worldwide as their creative agency of record, tasking Arnold with the assignment of creating a new, inspiring, global marketing campaign to revitalize the New Balance brand. As the first Arnold Account Team member assigned to the New Balance client, Christie had the privilege of working with Arnold's Chief Brand Officer, Creative Directors, key New Balance Directors, and professional athletes to establish, shoot, and expand the campaign. With a focus on youthful vitality, community outreach, and going the extra mile, the "Let's Make Excellent Happen" campaign was born. Christie also enhanced the initiative by managing the creation of sub-campaigns for NB partnerships, like the Boston MarathonSusan G. Komen, and the Boston Red Sox. She also supported the production of TV commercials and videos for the campaign.
